There is a lot of focus on “being better” these days. Getting a better job. Living a better life. Having better things. Becoming a better human. But what does better actually mean?
What feels better for one person may not be better for someone else. So how do you define it for yourself?
The Right Questions Can Change Everything
This is where our journals come in. We ask questions that matter and encourage you to look a little deeper. The answers are yours alone.
We cannot guarantee complete happiness or promise you will have your “best life.” What we can do is help you understand a little more about who you are, what matters to you, and what better means for your life.
Why the series exists
Journaling can be a helpful tool for many things: sorting through your feelings, preserving memories you want to keep, exploring your thoughts more deeply, and understanding yourself. But getting started can be harder than simply writing words on a page.
A blank journal can feel intimidating or too open-ended. Some guided journals repeat the same prompts day after day without exploring other areas, and those questions may not match what you need.
The Write This Series was created to offer another option. Each journal explores a different area of life through varied questions and interactive pages, so you can choose the book that fits the part of your life you want to explore more deeply.
Start with one. Try them all. See what you can learn about yourself.
What makes these journals different
-
Instead of trying to cover every part of life in one book, each journal focuses on a specific area. This allows you to choose the book that fits what you want to explore and the energy you have for it that day.
-
No. Our journals do not repeat prompts. Some questions may sound similar at first, but they explore different sides of a subject. What you think about something can be very different from how you feel about it or how you act on it.
-
No. These journals are not designed to be completed from front to back. Start with the question that feels most helpful to you, skip around, and return to any page whenever you want. There is no right order.
-
Some questions will naturally be harder than others, and you do not have to answer them immediately. Jot down a few words if something comes to mind, or return after you have had more time to think. There is no right answer or required length. Answer in whatever way makes sense to you when you are ready.
-
Say Hello is a great place to begin if you are new to the series, but there is no required first book. If another title or topic catches your interest, start there. The best starting point is the journal that feels most relevant to you right now.
-
Nope. We all have busy lives, and journaling every day may not fit yours. You might write two or three times in one day, once a week, or only when a question catches your attention. There are no rules. What matters is finding a rhythm that works for you, not forcing a schedule that doesn’t.
Our mission is to create journals that encourage people to look at themselves with honesty, respect, and understanding. Through thoughtful questions, we challenge readers to examine their beliefs, choices, and actions, take ownership of their impact, and grow in how they treat themselves and others.
